Russia isn't particularly known for its cuisine, however we had quite a shock to discover not only they had some delicious dishes but some of the meals we had became among our top in the world!
Moscow: Cafe Pushkin - Make a reservation upstairs! I am a library lover and was in heaven. Food is incredible too. O2 Lounge at the Ritz Carlton- We had great drinks and dinner overlooking the red square, it was a lovely view.
St Petersburg: - Belmond Grand Europe hotel. Certain Fridays they offer Tchaikovsky ballet with dinner, it is spectacular!
